From the first phone call to completing the sale and driving away with our new vehicle we could not have wished for better service.

Michelle is a genuinely lovely person, determined to put you at ease and provide a personal service. She is open and honest about everything on the car down to a tiny little blemish, even if you can’t see it.

When we arrived we were made very welcome and given plenty of time alone to view over the car and play with buttons etc to ensure we were comfortable with it before we had any further discussions. We didn’t get any of the famous sales pitches or pressures to buy.

As a 56 year old, I have come across a lot of traders in the past and seen a lot of dodgy and dishonest people. But I can safely say that Michelle knows her stuff and is definitely an expert with many years experience in dealerships, she is also aware of the awful traders out there and determined to give buyers an opportunity to buy reliable clean, genuine vehicles at reasonable prices.

We now have a great car, fully checked, serviced, MOT with all the paperwork and all the history and warranty.

This is the way she runs the business and I am sure they will continue to have a very successful future.

Michelé provided me an excellent first experience at viewing and purchasing my first car as I had just passed and she showed me what to look for in a car to see if it's genuine and what faults could occur further down the line with the car. If someone was to ask me who to go to for a car I'd point them to Vanandco as yet again the service provided was excellent.

This is an odd review as I didn’t actually buy a car but had such exceptional service that I wanted to write a review. To cut a long story short, the car that I was enquiring about had been sold when I called. Coincidentally there was a similar car for sale locally but had a couple of points that I was suspicious about. I ask Michelle what she would do and she went above and beyond in an effort to ensure that I was not being ripped off despite this obviously not being something she was going to profit from. If she treats non customers like me so well I can only imagine what a great experience real customers would receive. Thank you Michelle.

Peugeot 107, red, 13 plate, brilliant car.

I was looking for a usable first car for my son, there were any number of 107s out there, most of them horrible condition, bashed, burnt out clutches, short MOTs, starship mileages, rough interiors and all massively overpriced.

Then we saw an advert on autotrader for the red 107, it looked a little too good to be true, but we went and had a look at the car. Wow! exactly as described, looked just as good as the photos and ran beautifully, sensible milage and incredibly clean.

We bought the car, happily.

The Owner of the dealership, was friendly, accommodating and absolutely not pushy. She was even able to organise an extended warranty at a sensible price. We have never had to use it, the car is that good. And so was the price...

If I was looking for another car any time soon, this will be the first place I will go to.

What a refreshing change to meet a car seller who provides a top notch service to the customer!! It was a relief to meet Michelle, after a weekend of speaking to car dealers who appeared as dodgy as the cars they were trying to sell. We purchased from Michelle a Hyundai i10 as a first car for our son, it was in excellent condition and came with service history, 12 months MOT, valeted and 3 months warranty, it was also very reasonably priced in comparison to other cars we had viewed. Thank you Michelle for such a smooth and easy transaction. We have already recommended you to some of our family and friends.
